Do Georgetown University Law Center students have access to PACER?

Answer

While PACER is not accessible by Georgetown Law students, you may retrieve most of the filings that are available on PACER through your access to Bloomberg Law. For access information, please review the information found in the Law Library's catalog.

For help searching dockets and documents on Bloomberg Law, please check the Dockets & Court Documents and Finding Dockets on Bloomberg Law sections of our Briefs, Oral Arguments and Other Court Documents Research Guide and view our Searching Dockets on Bloomberg Law tutorial. For questions about locating dockets and documents that are not available on Bloomberg Law, contact the Reference Desk.

Also review the Library FAQ: "Do Georgetown Law members need to pay a fee to access a document on Bloomberg Law’s Docket Search?"

Non-law Georgetown University or Capitol Campus members may check the "I am a non-law Georgetown University member. What library privileges do I have at Capitol Campus?" FAQ for their home library contact information to obtain database and reference help.
