Are there study rooms in the Law Library that are on a first come, first served basis for Georgetown University Law Center members?

Must I always reserve a study room in the Law Library?

Answer

Yes, for Georgetown Law students, there are non-reservable, first come, first served rooms on the first floor of the Law Library: Rooms 111, 122A and 123. Additionally, all reservable group study rooms are available on a first come, first served basis in between any scheduled reservations. Georgetown Law students may check the group study room reservation system to find when an empty room is next booked.

Capitol Campus study space for non-law Georgetown University students may be found in Capitol Campus 125 E Street (McCourt School of Public Policy), the Law Center McDonough Hall and the Hotung International Law Center Building.
