What is the Law Library's Single Sign-On (SSO) service?

And what do I do if I cannot access databases through SSO?

Answer

For current Georgetown University Law Center students (i.e., enrolled in classes), staff and faculty, off-campus access to most of the Law Library's licensed databases and online resources is through Shibboleth SSO service which will ask for your university NetID and Password. A few of the Law Library's databases, such as Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg Law, etc., are accessed through individually assigned accounts.

Single sign-on may be followed with the university's DUO Authentication service.
