For database related connectivity issues, please refer to our guide to troubleshooting database connection problems and send us details of problems you cannot resolve using our Database & Electronic Resource Problem Reporting Form.

For printing related matters (e.g., unable to print, toner, etc.), please use the Student Printing Issues Form to report the issue to UIS.

For facilities related matters (e.g., building temperature, plumbing, light outages, etc.), please report these issues according to instructions provided by Facilities Management.
