In the Advanced Search options within Westlaw and Lexis, on the right side of the screen, there should be quick tips on using connectors plus links to more detailed FAQs or guides. Westlaw and Lexis also offer quick reference guides, in PDF, but check for the most current version available. Each service also provides live help via chat and telephone. Log into Westlaw or Lexis with your student account and look for Contact Us or Contact Customer Support.
