I need to use text-to-speech software. Is there a workstation that has such software for Georgetown Law students to use?
Answer
The Law Library offers Georgetown Law students an assistive technology workstation equipped with JAWS (computer screen reader), Kurzweil 300 (scan and read software), Dragon Naturally Speaking (voice recognition software), ZoomText (magnification software), speakers and a flatbed scanner in Room 506. A (headset with) microphone for the Dragon Naturally Speaking software may be checked out from the Circulation Desk. Room 506, which is equipped with an accessible door, may be reserved by Georgetown Law students through the group study room reservation system.
Non-law students of the Capitol Campus McCourt School of Public Policy should check the school's Disability Support Guidelines.
