How do I cite sources in APA format?

Answer

Georgetown University Law Center students should feel free to contact the Georgetown Law Library Reference Desk and ask for assistance. You may also want to check Georgetown University Lauinger Library's FAQs and tutorial. The Law Library does carry some style manuals other than the Bluebook, including the APA Style Manual, Chicago Style Manual and the MLA Handbook (see also MLA Style Center)

Non-law Georgetown University members should contact their home libraries with style formatting questions. Law students and law faculty primarily resort to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation over citation styles used by other disciplines (e.g. MLA, APA). However, for questions about APA (American Psychological Association) and other publishers' citation styles, please check Lauinger Library's FAQs and tutorial on the subject, or contact that library's reference department.
