Q. Can I visit another law library with my Georgetown Law GoCard?

Answer

In most cases, other academic law libraries do permit current law students of other universities to visit on a temporary basis. But we strongly recommend that you check with that library before traveling as there may be law libraries that do not permit visitors to enter for any length of time. If you are informed by an academic law library to provide a letter from this library, then please contact our Reference Desk, 202-662-9140, lawlibref@georgetown.edu. You will not have direct check-out or borrowing privileges at another law library. Please use Interlibrary Loan service to have another library's book shipped to this library on your behalf.
