Q. Where are the quiet areas? What is the Library's noise policy?

Answer

The Reading Room of the Library is a designated quiet study area. Eating and cell phone conversations are prohibited in the Reading Room. When entering the Reading Room and stack areas, please silence your phone.

Cell phone use is permitted only on the second and fifth floor atriums and the landings on each floor. Conversations should also be held only in these areas, or in group study rooms.
